Delivery

Drop 01 ships to UK addresses only, by tracked delivery. Dispatch date to be confirmed.

Cancelling an order

Cancel any time before your order ships and we refund you in full. Contact us with your order number.

Returns

You have 14 days from the day your order arrives to tell us you want to return it, and a further 14 days to send it back. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging. Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong thing.

We refund within 14 days of receiving the return, to your original payment method.

Faulty items

If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll replace or refund it, including postage. Your statutory rights are not affected.
